8kbey regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus is available only to eligible members as specified
• The welcome bonus is available once per person only
• Read the wagering requirements before placing bets with bonus funds
• Bonus balance cannot be directly transferred to another account
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited
• If bonus abuse is proven, all winnings will be forfeited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8kbey. Any violation will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Any attempt at money laundering or processing of illicit funds
• Fraudulent activity, such as using stolen cards or accounts
• Betting using automated software or bots
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform
• Attempting to access another member's account
• Intimidating or threatening 8kbey staff
• Opening or operating an account using false identity or information

8kbey reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of terms is found
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more)
• By order of legal authorities
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

You may also request account closure at any time. All valid balances will be returned to your registered payment method. Any bonus-related balance will be forfeited.
